As part of the project “Dignified Life – Right to Personal Documents” were held meetings with representatives of the local institutions from the municipalities of Chair, Gjorce Petrov and Shuto Orizari.
The aim of the meetings with representatives of the local institutions was to present to the stakeholders the project activities and aimes, the methods of work and all nesseceary details in order to achieve mutual collaboration, at the same time, their inclusion in the action for identifying and registration of persons without personal documentation.
On the period of May were held three meetings . Representatives of the local registrees, representatives of the municipalities and sectors, local health institutions, educational institutions and other stakeholders took place on these meetings.
The meetings with representatives of local institutions resulted with openess by the local institutions, sharing information and data about the citizens which confront with having personal documents, having open disscussion with the representatives of the local institutions to hear more about the issues that the institutions and local people face regarding having personal documents and registration to the Register of Birth, as well sharing information about the project and project activities, info material in order to reach to the target group and identification of people who are not registered in the Registry of Birth.
