Meetings with representatives of the local self-governments of Chair, Shuto Orizari and Gjorce Petrov were held, as part of the project “Dignified Life – Rigth to Personal Documents”.
From the first meetings with the representatives of the local self-governments:
- The Municipaliry of Chair expressed its interest in cooperation and support of Luludi for implementation of the project “Dignified Life – Rigth to Personal Documents”, in order to identifying new cases of persons without personal documentation and enabling them the fundamental human rights as citizens of the Republic of Macedonia.
- The meeting with the Mayor of the Municipality Shuto Orizari, Mr. Kurto Dudush, was very productive as Luludi has received many useful information and data about the community in Shuto Orizari and the issue of people without personal documentation. The mayor of Shuto Orizari as well, expressed his receptiveness for giving support and taking part into implementation of the project activities, in terms of resolving this long-standing problem.
- The Municipality of Gjorce Petrov gladly and greatly shall provide support and gives back for identifying persons without personal documentation, as well as taking part on reducing the number of people who are facing difficulties on having personal documents.
Great gratitude to the municipalities of Chair, Shuto Orizari and Gjorce Petrov for their support for implementation of the project activities and their engagement for identifying persons who are without personal documentation.
The team of Luludi, along with its partners, continues to collaborate together with the municipalities and local institutions in implementation of the project activities towards identifying cases of persons who do not have personal documents in order to enable them to enjoy their fundamental human rights as equal citizens in the Republic of Macedonia.
